Note

I. It is normal to have an odor the first time you use it. It disappears after two or three grinds.
2. If the shredder does not work, or shakes heavily, or is very noisy while working, it means there is too much feed, or the shredder bowl, blades, or motor do not fit properly. Please ensure that the machine is installed correctly and do not fill the paper shredder with more than 1 kg of meat.
3. If the knives get stuck, pin the food in the bowl and remove it. Cut the food into smaller pieces, place them in the shredding bowl and repeat the process.
4.The machine can work ONLY when the motor base installed correctly and tightly onto the cover of bowl !
5.The transparent cover cannot be washed in the dishwasher, the cover will be deformed after high temperature cleaning.
